1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the gdb55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gdb55 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not permit individuals under this age to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by gdb55 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the full features of the gdb55 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent that all information submitted during registration is truthful and belongs to you personally.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gdb55 will close all duplicate Accounts, void any Wagers placed from those Accounts, and forfeit any associated Balances or Bonus Funds without liability.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. gdb55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the gdb55 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance in a closing Account will be returned to the User's verified payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

5 KYC Verification

gdb55 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at other times at gdb55's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gdb55 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of gdb55 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of gdb55.

Game content provided through third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to gdb55 for use on the Platform. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction through this process, the User may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.

gdb55 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from territories where online gambling is illegal is the User's sole responsibility, and gdb55 shall bear no liability for any consequences arising from such access.
